Are the Pools Open?

Pools are open daily from 9:00am-10:00pm.

Will you have cart service?

Cart Service is available throughout the resort and down to the beach for registered guests only. Cart service is based on demand and availability. Pick-ups from the beach can experience longer wait times during peak season, due to foot traffic on the path.

Seascape Beach Resort Housekeeping Policy

• We provide daily cleaning service as outlined below: All requested services will be done after 4:30PM during high occupancy.

• Daily Cleaning Service: offered once per day by request only.

Includes: removal of all trash, beds are made (only if beds are clear of personal items and sheets are only changed if requested), removal and replacement of towels, refilling of all supplies.

• Requests must be done before 9AM for the same day service. After 9AM will depend on availability and can be scheduled for the next day.

• Delivery of towels, linen, and supplies is offered from 8AM to 10PM.

Cancellation

Cancellations received within 24 hours of the reserved arrival date and early departures will be subject to a penalty equal to one night’s room rate plus tax.

Advance Deposit

All reservations require an advance deposit equivalent to one night’s room rate plus tax. This policy is subject to change for special event dates and special offers.

Resort Fee

Seascape Beach Resort charges a resort fee plus applicable sales tax. This resort fee is not in itself a tax. Resort fee amenities includes:

• Wireless internet access within the guestrooms and public spaces

• On resort self-parking

• Access to Seascape Sports Club including Tennis & Pickleball courts

• On resort pool access

• Complimentary activities

• Discount at Seascape Golf Club

• On demand golf cart transportation on resort and beach

• 24-hour business center

• Local & 800 access calls

Smoking

Seascape Beach Resort is a smoke-free property including guest rooms & villas, private patio & balcony, common areas within the property grounds. A smoking fee of $300 plus taxes per stay will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found in your room and/or your private patio/balcony. For your convenience there are designated smoking areas on property.

Pets

Seascape Beach Resort does not allow pets in Resort guest rooms and/or villas. The Resort does welcome service animals and will comply with all laws that adhere to the accommodation of service animals under the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). A charge of $300 plus taxes per stay will be assessed if evidence of a pet is found in your room and/or private patio/balcony.

Registered Guests

The two bedroom villas at Seascape Resort accommodate a maximum of six guests. All guests occupying the unit throughout the duration of the stay must be registered at the front desk at the time of check-in. For parties over six please contact our reservations team at resdesk@seascaperesort.com

Quiet Time

Out of respect for all of the guests of the resort quiet hours are instituted between 10pm and 8am. Noise levels cannot exceed 80 decibels and only registered guests can occupy the units during these hours.
